NOBODY came close to getting my dogs nails clipped. Two vets with ample dog dope failed... not these peeps. Got it done. Bravo!

Moving here from the city, a lot of things are a necessary adjustment. One of the major things, when having dogs in the family, is finding a new groomer. After tons of trial and error, I’m so happy to have found here! I was apprehensive at first, but the groomer here is so sweet and caring. The attention to detail and care for the overall cut and finished look are my biggest appreciation point. Momoko has never looked this cute when having such a short cut. Coming in she was extremely matted (my own fault), & leaving she’s as soft as she was as a puppy! I’m truly grateful and can’t wait to see what our next grooming sesh will bring! I've used both, the self wash and the grooming services. The self wash is simple and everything you need is provided. The grooming services were fantastic. I have a 2 year old Golden Retriever and he gets anxious with grooming; especially nail trimming. He looked awesome when I picked him up! He had a beautiful summer cut that was the perfect length. I'll definitely return.

Great place

Best place ever! I really recommend it, I have a wild German Shepard who is not much social, I was able to wash her and dry her without making a huge mess in my house. I am so glad I found this place, I drove almost an hour but is so worth it! Thank you Mrs. Patty, you were awesome and I really appreciate your patience with my Joy.

Super friendly staff! They were able to squeeze my pup into a session last minute on the same day I called. The groomer I was initially planning to take him to forgot to let me know they needed to cancel my appointment. I was frantic because of travel plans and my pup really needed to see a groomer before we departed. And because the previous groomer forgot to inform me, I had no time to schedule my pup for a different groomer since he was leaving in a day. The staff at Medway dog wash were kind enough to see him, when I called in desperation. They really saved me 😩💚 when I picked my pup up he was all smiles! Needless to say, I’ll be only bringing my pup here from now on.
